I choose this blog because it is very organized and is frequently updated. This blogger's name is Cara Caroll she is a teacher in Texas and she has been teaching for the past 12 years. During those 12yrs. she moved between grades kindergarten, first and second grade. One of the first things that grab your attention is how colorful her home page is. In her blog page at the top are tabs that will take you to different pages. One of the tab is called "Peek in my room" in that tab are pictures of how her classroom is set up. She also has the daily schedule and the classroom rules on the wall. This allows the student to be aware and know what is next on the agenda. This is a great way to remind the students the rules of the classroom.

This bloggers name is Faith. She is a first grade teacher who has been teaching for 12 years. The love and passion she has for teaching the first grade shows in her blog. What i find every interesting is one of the tabs on her page which is the "Five for Fridays." This is a weekly update of what she did in her classroom. She always updates it on every Friday, it includes pictures of the activities that her students did for that week. She also has pictures of the students doing these activities. This is a great blog to get ideas for a first time teacher.

What attracted me to this blog is that it talks about what every first grade and kindergarten teachers dread, "Restroom breaks." In Jodi's blog she has found and created a fun and easy for the students to transition into bathroom breaks. She Incorporated extra learning time into the restroom break, right next to the classroom is a bulletin board that she put up for the kids to practice and learn while in line. On that board she has posted for example; words to know, math facts and vocabulary. These are great ways for students who are a bit behind to get a little extra learning time. Her blog is updated weekly and is very organized.
